On the Lawrence Co., AL site there is a listing of people buried in the Mountain Springs Cemetery. No. 158 is a J. U. RIGGS (John Ulysses RIGGS) s/o John Washington RIGGS Sept. 26, 1871 - Jan. 5, 1894: http://www.rootsweb.com/~allawren/cemeteries/mountainsprings.htm Does anyone have either of these individuals in their data base? Don't have them in my data base [at least I don't THINK I do]. Went to Google.com and did a search on John Washington RIGGS. I found a site that lists various names being researched in Missouri. There is one researcher who stated they were researching Melvin Claud RIGGS, born 1879 Decatur Co TN - d 1931 Hayti, Pemiscot Co MO - son of Isiah Calvin RIGGS - grandson of John Washington RIGGS.
