Your father Joseph W. was the son of Loyd and Eddie Riggs. Eddie was the daughter of Corlis Riggs,born 1873, who was the son of Amos Riggs, b. 1852, who was the son of Caleb Riggs, born in 1820. Caleb was my 3rd great grandfather, Amos was my g-g-grandfather and Corlis was my great grand uncle, Eddie was my 1st cousin one time removed. Joseph W. Riggs was my second cousin one time removed. Your family history is the type i am seeking. Just out of curiousity, who was your grandfather Loyd's father's name? Good to hear from you. Thank you.

Amos's brother Thurston was my husband's grandpa. I have a list of his other brothers and sister found in a family bible. Amos was born August 31 1952. could this be the same Amos you have?
