This Riggs line may be another one. My Grandfather was Loyd Riggs and was a Farmer in Bracken Couny and Mason County. His Farm was outside Stonewall. He was married to Eddie Riggs and that was her maiden name also. They had one son Joseph W. Riggs who lives in Maysville Kentucky. Loyd Riggs died in Apirl 1967 at 52 yrs of age and Eddie Riggs died in May 1967 at 48 yrs of age. Im the son of Joseph W Riggs. I do not recall the name Caleb so this may not be the type of information your looking for.
