I'm looking for information on Phoebe (Phebe) Riggs of Jefferson County, TN, daughter of John Riggs. In 1795 Phoebe was already married to Frazier Brindley. They moved to Franklin County, GA in 1800; then in the 1830s she moved, with several of her children, to Cherokee County, AL. I'm looking for information on Louisa Riggs of Cherokee/DeKalb County, AL, who married Josiah Brock in the late 1850s. I'd like to know if there's any relation between these 2 ladies.
