A John Riggs was the "Acting Justice of the Peace" in a deposition given by Samuel Riggs for a Rev.War Pension in Hawkins Co., Tenn. Samuel b 1760, d ca 1845-50 in Hawkins Co., Tenn. Is this John Riggs the son of this Samuel Riggs? I need documentation of the parents of the John Riggs who died in 1849. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
