RIGGS b:12/1895 b/p KS and, Thomas' mother, Katherine A. RIGGS age 50 b/p IRELAND. The 1920 Census of Mt. Pleasant Twn., Labette Co., KS has 3 children listed, Herbert age 24, Ada age 16 and Chester age 11 living with Thomas & Lillie Riggs. Lillie CAMERON RIGGS is my great aunt.
