Victor Riggs Sr was born on Jan 14,and my brother was born and died on Jan 1.1978 in dallls ga. they lived in atlanta until my grandmother's death in 95.but my parents got divorced in either 83, or 84 in atlanta ga. anybody withe info please e-mail me thank you
