She was Anna Isabel Porter. I suspect that she died during her first and only child's (Porter) birth, as his dad, Isaac Riggs, quickly remarried Nancy LaRue. Porter's dad, Isaac Riggs, died of a gunshot wound years later; he and Nancy are buried together in a family plot. I guess Anna Isabel (Porter) Riggs is there, too. I am currently looking for her family in (W) Virginia. The Navy tags of Porter's Christian Riggs - the grandson who was both the paternal and maternal namesake - must be very precious!! Tamara
