    1. [RIGGS-L] Anna Riggs
    2. Dawn Gordon
    3. Hello, I am trying find my ggg grandmother Anna Riggs' parents. She was married in 1850 in Tyler County, West Virginia. She married Harvey George Sampson. They were listed in the 1850 Greene County, Pennsylvania Census and later moved to Roane County, West Virginia and then to Calhoun County, West Virginia. Anna would have been born around 1828. Some reseachers have told me they believe her to be the youngest child of James and Rosanna Whitlatch Riggs. I believe if anything they are related for James's daughter Harriet married my ggg grandfather, William Kerby. William and Harriet moved to Calhoun and Roane Counties about the same time as Harvey and Anna. Other reseachers deny a connection or simply believe she is a niece of James. I've come across many Riggs in Tyler County, to name a few Edmund who married Elizabeth Robey, Basil who married Mary Robey and Jeremiah who married Rachel Keller. I've listed these because I believe there could be a connection to my Anna. Can anyone help me? Does anyone have children for these couples? Any help is appreciated. Dawn Gordon

They also never refer to the circumstances of his death , like where it occured. Please let me know your source for the info and how you connected it together. Thanks. Pam
