I find a portion of your message a little offensive and I'm sure that it is not very encouraging to newbies. I'm glad that there have been many people on this list who were willing to help me and still do, even though most of my research has been on the internet. I thought that Jane memtioning a source that people could use was helpful and her explaination of why she didn't do lookups in cd's sufficient.
