Morning Frank & Sherri, It's important to note that the border being spoken about here would be the southern border of Fall River that abuts Tiverton, RI.  If one is looking at a location for one's ancestors that is in the central or northern part of the city, the whole issue of the border wouldn't come into play.  It's rather like the real estate agents say....Location, location, location.
