At least that is what I thought, but now you raise the question I will look closer. On the internet I have found that Edward's parents were Thomas b. 18 Feb 1663/64 in Westerly, RI and Martha Hazard b. 1668 Newport, RI. source Family Data Collection, Provo, Utah. I have not seen any reference to Edward's brothers that you mention, so I will be interested in that data. The same source indicates parents of Thomas were Stephen Wilcox and Hannah Hazard (no dates given). I do not have membership in New England Historic Genealogical Society (NEHGS) but I can research their database at a library. In their index they have 18 hits for Hazard Wilcox, but it could be any Hazard, not just the one you are researching.: RI cemeteries 2 Probate Records (NY) 3 Vital Records (RI) 12 Maybe this is the information you have on Hazard Jr., but I will try to get to the library next Weds (they are closed on weekend) to see what I can find. Hazard sr died in the revolutionary war as a tory. Most of the records on the internet show his father as Edward with no proff sources. My research points to Stephen. Stephen and Edward are brothers. They have another brother named George who has a son named Matthew Hazzard. I have data that shows Hazzard sr and Matthew Hazard is not the same. I would really appreciate your help.
