What a shame. Seems like an Historic cemetery like this one which contains the remains and monument of one so important to our country's history could be secured by a fence with a locked gate. And, I vote for razor wire around the top. And I vote for punishment by irate civilians, mob justice. One reason I'm glad that my family cemetery in Scituate is in an obscure location surrounded by private wooded property is that it is less known and therefore less likely to be vandalized.
