I went on the copyright site of the Library of Congress and that isn't what they say. So I was going to see if I could get permission. It is so much red tape. I know my sister tried to have some school pictures from years ago copied and Wal-Mart wouldn't let her make copies because they said that they were copyrighted. There wasn't anything written on the pictures.
