    3. Jean, There is probably a transcription error or typo there. Elizabeth lived to be 104 years old and outlived three husbands and several of her children. She died at her home at Brandy brook Rd (Angell home) across from where she was born. That cemetery had only one stone when last visited or recorded and is now lost in the woods. I e-mailed you off list with a half serious, reaso why they were (and are) so elusive! cousin Don ----- Original Message ----- From: "JeanB" <gentlesunset@cox.net> To: <RIGENWEB-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, May 19, 2006 1:11 PM Subject: [RIGENWEB] The elusive Taylors and Carpenters > Don, as for the RI VR documentation, we have only found the birth > records for the following children of John and Naomi: > > John Taylor, B. 6 Aug 1716 > Elizabeth Taylor, B. 3 Jan 1717 > Benjamin Taylor, B. 27 Jan 1719 > Charity Taylor, B. 10 Mar 1722 > > Kim > > Hi People...cuz Don and all... > I have a question on the above....If John was born 6 Aug 1716...Elizabeth > would have been a 5 month baby...I'm not so sure a baby born at 5 motnhs > would have lived in those days...anyone got any suggestions here? > > As far as these Taylors being an elusive bunch...so are the ones they > married...LOL > > My line goes down thru Elijah and Roby Stone...Elijah died in Burrillville > 27 July 1880 while living with his daughter Mary (Mary married Cary Dyer > Carpenter (nothing further on him) in Scituate abt 1849.
