Stephen Francis Brayton Jr. My G grandmother was Mary Thomas Peckham, b. 1844 and my 3rd g grandmother was Mary Remington b. 1762, who m. Borden Brayton. The Perry's join the Braytons through the Giffords and Bordens. I tie into your lines through many different families COOK Mayflower line to So.Kingstown,R.I. married into Hollaway-Baton-Gould-Bra(y)man-Potter families PECKHAM John and Mary (Clarke) Peckham line married into Carpenter-Congdon-Babcock-Hazard-Perry families PERRY Benjamin and Mary (Freeman) Perry line of Sandwich,Ma.line married into Barber-Browning-Carpenter-Tucker-Potter-Babcock-Stanton-Kenyon-Hoxie-Soule-Greene families Commodore Perry was born in S.K. and was originally buried there and later body removed to parents grave in Newport.
