    3. Hi Brenda,Jean and Elaine I don't have a listing on Cary,but I'm fairly sure that the early Scituate Carpenters are off William Carpenter of Providence. My information that I had was copied via a fax machine years ago and there is hardly any readable printing shown on the paper. If I remember the same line went into Cumberland,R.I. too. I have a listing on the Carpenter family cemetery on Carpenter Road in Scituate if anyoine is interested. My line comes off William Carpenter of Rehoboth, Ma.who is cousin to William of Providence.
