Hi Jack No, he didn't make it to the 1820 Census. There is a David, born in West Greenwich, who is also listed in the 1860 Census, born in Tiverton, age 69, born abt 1791. Possible son. My Elizabeth Weaver m Benjamin Bennett, 29 Oct 1734. Have not been able to document their children, but the time frame is about right and they married in EG. Thus my interest. Bonnie

I forgot about Cowell's book whihc mentions all the RI Patriots that he could find from RI During the Revolution.
There are seven (I believe) large books in a number of libraries that contain listings of Rev. War Patriots. Also in PA near Washington's Crossing there is a library that specializes in this. They have much material. Also the National Archives can be contacted if you have a particular patriot. They may have info on him. Elizabeth in FL
I have checked the cemetery index by John Sterling and the Rev. War Veteran is not listed. I have someone checking the RIHS index to see if the DAR has a listing. Is there anyother place that Rev. War Veterans maybe listed. Any ideas or thoughts on this would be appreciated. There was a Samuel Day, b. 24 Jun 1731 at Attleboro, son of John & Hannah (Robbins) Day, who was the right age to have married in 1754, however I have no evidence that he was the husband of Amie Plimpton. Hi It's listed in Austin VR. My printer isn't working right now, or I would send the list of children. There were many Day's in Wrentham MA, including several Samuel's in the right time frame. No proof however. Bonnie
