For all descendants of Captain William Riddle, this is a reminder of the Tory Oak Dedication in Wilkesboro, NC on Sep. 26, 1999. A brick has been ordered in honor of Captain Riddle. This brick will be inscribed "Capt. William Riddle" and will be a permanent part of the new wall built on the site of the old Tory Oak where Captain Riddle died fighting for beliefs that he held dear. Activities will begin at 1:30 PM and continue to 6:00 PM. The Tory Oak Dedication will be at 3:00 PM and rededication of the Civil War monument will be at 4:00 PM. There will be a Revolutionary War reenactment and demonstrations of Blacksmithing and other crafts. Hope to see many cousins there. Ronny Riddle
