Hi Riddle, Going through my old Riddle files. I have some information that was sent to me by another researcher (Roy Malone of Granbury Tx) regarding Jane RIDDLE, born 1 April 1826 in VA; married John "Capt Jack" Sevier Hanna (born 24 June 1815 Tennessee; died 24 Sept 1882 Meridian, Bosque Co, TX who was a farmer & sheriff); died 5 Feb 1911 Meridian, Bosque Co, TX. Their children: Woodville, Mary , Elizabeth, John Adrian, Amanda, George W, Isabell, Thomas W, Anna Hanna, James T, Robert L, Jefferson Davis, and Charles Wylie Hanna. There is an obit for the Death of Aunt Jane Hanna and a nice photo of Capt Jack Hanna - husband of Jane Riddle - sitting in a chair with his hand on his pistol. He was a frontier sheriff.
