Ronny, The Cumberland Co., KY RIDDLES are also from William "the Tory" RIDDLE. I do have John and his son Johnson in my data base, but not much else. Except for Johnson nine children. I would appreciate anything on that line you are willing to share. I'll have to look at a map and see how close Jackson, Marshal, and Winston Co., AL are to each other. Did John live in AL or just his descendants? I show John deceased in Hawkin Co., TN. If John children lived down there that may explain if some of John's nieces and nephews might have moved south. I don't know if you are aware or not, but John's brother, James, is unaccounted for in the 1830 Census of Kentucky. He's probably in AL or NC. I sure would like to find him.
