My gggrandfather 's death certificate list is father as Silas Riddle b. in N.C.Is mother was listed as unknown but she to was born in N.C. Thats all the info for them I have . I known he had more than 1 child. My gggrandfather was Mattison Vandiver Riddle b.1853 in S.C. d. in 1922 Married Mary Jane Hester b. 1856 in S.C. Their children were: Cynthia L. Riddle b. 1883 in S.C. John W. Riddle b.1885 in S.C. d.1973 James A. Riddle b. 1887 in S.C. Nora L. Riddle b.1889 in S.C. Charlie H. Riddle b. 1891 in S.C. d. 1974 Herman L.
