I found out yesterday: In 1934 the federal government transferred the historical records of Oklahoma's Indian tribes to the OHS. Native American Records collections contain 3.5 million documents representing 66 of the 67 native tribes that resided in Indian Territory. Osage records can be found at the SW Branch of the Nat'l Archives in Ft Worth. They also have the 112 volume, Indian-Pioneer History, a collection of oral histories done by the Federal Writers Project in 1937. This was not all but what a place to start. Happy Huntin' Cathie Dear Cathie, I do remember, somehow, finding out about rolls...I think there was something on the internet about finding out which rolls a certain surname would be on. I got a new computer, and have not straightened things out completely, yet. But I do know the supposed roll numbers. Thanks again, Laura Clark
