Mary: I don't know if there is any connection, but John (son of William the tory) Riddle's son Johnson went to Missouri with sons Andrew Jackson and James. When this family arrived in Alabama, there was an Eliza with them. Some say this was a wife of one of the sons, others say this was a daughter born in Mo. I believe their mother was Jane Shepard. Johnson later married Martha Commack and had five children in Al, one of which was my gr/grandfather Jessie Duraney. Ronny Riddle
