John Henry Grenade "Nade" Riddle and Nancy Jane Huggins. Ruby Riddle and Luther Wilks Doris Wilks Moore (me) Henry A. (Alick, Alex or Alexander) Riddle born abt 1825 in North Carolina; died July 15, 1932 in Hereford, Deaf Smith County, buried in Quitaque Cemetery, Briscoe County, Texas. He married Mary E. (possibly Culver) abt 1847. At least 3 children were William A. Riddle, born abt 1849 in Hunt County, Texas, Sarah E. Riddle, born about 1850 in Hunt County, married James J. Hammack in 1868 in Hunt County and John Grenade Riddle born abt April 1852 in Hunt County. John Grenade is my great-grandfather. Doris Moore [email protected]
