I was just on ancestory dot come for Maryland marriages and did not find one for Saumuel. But there again ancestory dont have evrything. Stan Riddle-Brookshier Laura, Sorry...we are stuck on Samuel Riddle...we know his wife was born in MD and moved to KY but we don't know if they married in MD or KY. Sam could have been from MD, or a local in KY, or even from VA. We know the two of them moved west to MO in the 1830's with a group of other families connected in one way or another to his wife's family, the Clarvos. Those families, the Leakes, Elliotts, Mudd, Gough, and Arnetts had a great number of intermarriages. For all we know, Sam was an orphan! Sue
