Hey all I am hoping someone out there might have some info regarding my grandfather or his parents, I have my fingers crossed back here in Australia. My main reason (beside the family tree) to find this man is that my mother who is very sick, has never really known her father. I would dearly love to re-unite them both. OK, Robert Bruce Riddle was born in either 1917 or Jan 1918 in Montreal, Canada. His parents were James Aitcheson Riddle & Christine Sangster. I believe he may have been a Methodist as this was the church in which he got married, but cannot be sure here. In 1942 Robert was a cleaner in the Merchant Navy on board the SS Queen Elizabeth. I have found some info about the Queen Elizabeth, which gives me some of it's destinations, but it is far from comprehensive. Any info would be greatly appreciated !!!!
