    2. Hi David: Glad to hear your Riddle relatives made it through the WA earthquake, but tell me, who are your WA Riddles? I have Pendergrass cousins up there who have a couple of Riddle relations way back. 3. My grandfather came west around 1882 or 1883 from Perry County Indiana. His father William Henry Riddle b. 1818 d. 1869 was married to Malinda Weedman. My grandfathers name was Henry Washington Riddle b. 1862, d. 1947 at Colfax Wa. A little history. After the death of his father in 1869 the family stayed at Crawford/Perry County until around 1882 when his mother and some of the children came west to settle and to Wa State at the Waitsburg/Walla Walla and My father Charles William was b. 1899 at Dayton Wa which is about 30 miles east of Walla Walla. Malinda Weedman Riddle died in 1888 at Waitsburg and is interned there with three of her grandchildren. My father finally settled at Lewiston Idaho where he passed in 1990 at the great age of 91. He was a wonderful gentleman and father. I was blessed. In the past I have seen where you posted that you were going over the hill to visit the oregon site. Was wondering where you are located at. Hope this helps.
