Hi Marie---Thanks very much for the quick response on the children of John and Margaret in Ireland. Do you know the year of their son John's birth, and is his death recorded? Many of sus are searching for the origin of our ancestor John Riddle from Laurens, SC. Everything I know about him leads me to believe that he (or his father) came from Northern Ireland in the area you mention. The age would seem to fit. Anything you can tell me about son John would be appreciated. ---Jim
