My daughter-in-law is a great singer and has recorded and worked in several churches as choir director. I say that to say this: This guy would always go out and sit on the porch while his wife was doing house chores. She sang in the church choir and would practice while working around the house. One day she noticed that her husband always left and went outside. She questioned him "don't you like my singing?" He replied "I love your singing--but I just want to be outside so the neighbors can see me ---and won't think I'm beating you up!" Take care.
