I haven't posted my information in sometime so here goes. GG Grandfather;Lewis RiddleSr., about 1778 in Virginia, death 1851-1859, Bath County Kentucky. Marriage records Caroline County, Virginia shows marriage to Elizabeth Barbee 2/24/1803. Witnesses Thomas Riddle, Elijah Barbee, Berman King. Lewis and Elizabeth Riddle appeared in Bourbon County Kentucky census 1807-1816 he was listed under spelling Ruddle or Ruddell. (Sr. has been added later to Lewis Riddle name.) G Grandfather;John William Riddle, Sr., born 1808 in Montgomery County,Kentucky, died after 1887 in Rowan County, Kentucky, married 12/24/1824, to Mary Adeline Myers, born 11/1810, in New York, married 12/24/1824. She died after 1887. She was the daughter, of  Henry J. and Mary A. Myers. Grandfather; John William Riddle, Jr., born 6/3/1855 Morgan County, Kentucky, died 3/27/1942, Rowan County, Ky., Married (1) Sophia E. Thomas, 6/1/1874, she was born 5/5/1863, died 7/9/1918. Both are buried in Crix Cemetery, Crix, Kentucky. (2) Clara Fultz, 8/21/1922 in Rowan County, Kentucky. Father; Ollie Riddle, born 4/11/1891 in Crix, Kentucky, died 7/15/1942 due to a coal mining injury in Beckley, West Virginia, buried Coal City Community Cemetery, Coal City, West Virginia. (1) Rosa Elizabeth Mauk, 12/22/1909. He married in 1927, (2) Hattie Pearl Fagg, born 3/13/1908 in Matoaka, Mercer County, West Virginia. She died in Charlotte, North Carolina March 2, 1999, she is buried at Blue Ridge Gardens, Beckley, West Virginia. She is the daughter of John Henry Harrison Fagg and Alma Jane Surface.   A coal miners daughter, Sylvia Riddle Rennick, NC
