Hi Jim & Sandy I have an Elizabeth Riddle b.1826, Boone County, KY. She was the daughter of John Thomas Riddle, who became a Mormon and moved to Utah about 1850. He was my g-g-g-uncle. Could this be your Elizabeth? Charles makes a booboo and half the country chimes in. If I don't hear from one of you I'm going to pout, maybe eat a worm. Come on now, drag out the old shoe box, look see if you have an Elizabeth RIDDLE b 1826 KY. Thanks again youall for looking. We got down to 9 degrees in Atl, good for the peach crop and out of work plumbers. may I butt in to make things even more confusing. Tee Hee Giggle James McClure Sr. born -one says SC possibly and another states Ky; believe LDS has Boone Co.; he is fa of my Wm. McClure (farmer in the 1831 Choctaw Indian census of Ms.); Wm. is the fa of Missouri Ann Blackwell McClure Claiborne Co. Ms. md.1850 to Green Joseph Riddle b. 1824 Ala. prob. Talladega and Green and Missouri had Lula/Mary"Minnie"/George and Green. There is a George Riddle in Boone Co./Rockcastle Ky. in LDS microfish and that is where Kathleen told me James McClure Sr. was born but other source said he landed there. James Jr. and James Sr. were in La. in 1830 and then went back to Ms. or Ky., think Ms.. Next step is Green and Missouri's kids all born in La. even though they lived in Ms.; Green sent Lula and Minnie with their Black Slave Mammie to Catholic Boarding School for safety during Civil War and was alone with little boys George 7 and Green (3 months).Missouri must have died. He obviously remarried a woman named Josephine as she is listed as mo on Lula Riddle Maskew's death record of Waco Tx. Mammie is buried near her, lived to be 105 yrs of age and Dr. James J. Riddle is buried nearby also -tombstone reads b. Talladega 1821-1881. I am left with questions. frances ----- Original Message ----- From: "Robert Riddle" <rlr007@sbcglobal.net> To: <RIDDLE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, January 27, 2003 2:20 PM Subject: Re: [RIDDLE] Elizabeth b.1826 > > Hi Jim & Sandy > I have an Elizabeth Riddle b.1826, Boone County, KY.
