Hi I've been wondering too. Did you post this on the Bond Query board too? I kinda thought that maybe ancestry.com systems compile this data - I will see if I can get someone from that org. to let us know. -- Jodie Bond surnames: Roberts, Rogers, Riddle, Monk, Prewitt/Pruitt, Brewer and more... Hi Eva: No, I haven't received the picture of Green Riddle from you. Don't feel bad, I forgot all about his picture too, and no, it's not the 'heimers disease, as we here in the high desert country of Oregon like to say, "it's high altitude disease". Have a very Happy Thanksgiving. Dream Back the Buffalo, Sing Back the Swan Carolyn Condray-Merritt gggranddaughter of Terry Riddle ggggranddaughter of James R. Riddle

Riddle Researchers, I was doing some Ferrell/Pedigo Research and found this Riddle listed. Can any of you researcher tell me what family of Riddles he belongs too? Don't believe he is related to my husband's Riddle family. I was just wondering to what line he descends. Name: John D. Riddle Sex: M Birth: 1888 Death: 1951 in Coffee Co., TN Marriage to Zora Cleo Pedigo b: 5 DEC 1900 in Nr. Smithville, DeKalb Co., TN They married 1947 in Manchester, Coffee Co., TN This was Zora Pedigo 2nd marriage. She was married to Elda Nimrod Bonner first. I don't think she and John Riddle had any children but she did have at least 4 by her first marriage. This information was found in this gedcom file on world connect: http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?db=klbandy Josephine Hall email ajh43@msn.com; ajh43@hotmail.com; ajh1943@yahoo.com The Hall's of North Eastern Texas http://www.geocities.com/ajh1943/index.html
The Riddle family arrived in USA in 1909 from either Ireland or England (born in England . James and wife Mary both deceased by 1954 in Sanford, Maine. t
My Riddle family was also from the New England area--settled in Monson Mass from somewhere else, that I haven't traced yet. They also came from Ireland about 1730 or thereabouts. Can we connect??? Thanks fr our very prompt reply. The Riddles I am interested in were James H. and Mary Priestly Riddle of Sanford Maine 1909 to 1954. They had 10 children who survived and three who did not. They may have come from Irelan though I think England is most likely. The youngest son was Harold Riddle of the U.S.Navy. Do you know this family? t
Miriam: My family settled in Bedford, NH around 1725 and helped to establish the town. Some moved to Colerain , Mass and then on to NY and then the midwest states. What information do you need? Any names , dates, etc.? Phil Riddle I i
