They had at least 2 children, Elizabeth R.,( b. 1-12-1848, d. 3-9-1916 in Poteau, m. 5-5-1869 in Poteau, OK) and Jess/Jesse, (d.1918) who ran a stage station near Wilburton, OK on the Butterfield Overland Mail Route between Ft. Elizabeth & Thomas were both Choctaw Indian, Elizabeth registered as 1/4, roll #6612, and Thomas 1/2, roll #6611. 3. Mary, We also have a James Robert RIDDLE, supposedly born in KY. Most of the time he used the name Robert. Marilyn Frazier and I both descend from this James Robert RIDDLE, born approx. 1855. If you come upon the reference again in KY and would refer to ours. Most of the RIDDLEs we are after were in Cumberland Co, Clinton Co., and Adair County. Would appreciate any input from you only when you have time. I am glad you decided to stick with the list and try to continue your writing. You are really a valuable asset to all of us. Thanks.
