When the circumstances are right, a further exploration of the Riddle-Hayden association in Mr. Riddle's lineage would also be of interest to me, as there is a Riddle-Hayden association in my line, too. 2. I have Mary Igou of Bledsoe County, TN marrying Thomas Riddle, son of Thomas and _____ (Roberts) Riddle and that they had at least six children. I am now confused (which isn't hard to do). This information came to me from some of my Pendergrass cousins who are Riddles also, but I cannot connect the two Riddle lines. I have the names of all Thomas and Mary's children. Mary died April 14, 1827 but doesn't say where she is buried. Thomas remarried later to a Delilah Burks and they had four more children. Thomas died August 1859 in Bradley County, TN, and is buried four miles west of Cleveland. Let me know where I might be wrong. I have Mary Hill''s book so I will pull that and reread it. 2. Hi Sherry: Yes there is a town called Riddle in Oregon. It is right off I-5, about 4 miles south of Myrtle Creek which is south of Roseburg. Going south on I-5 it would be to your left. Take Exit 103 at Tri-City and you should have no problems locating the town. Dream Back the Buffalo, Sing Back the Swans Carolyn Condray-Merritt gggranddaughter of Terry Riddle [email protected]

    2. It must be a small town, I couldn't locate it on my Rand McNalley Atlas. Guess I'll buy a road map of Idaho. Did you brother find anything out about the history of the little town? More than likely some Riddles coming out west decided to go no farther and stayed there. I'll have to check this one out. Thanks.
