Fred and Frank were living somewhere in California when their brother Nelker died. That is according to the obit of Nelker. I have no information on marriages, death, wives or names of children. If you think one of these children may be in your family line, I would love to hear from you. Would be willing to swap documents I have. The names of the parents were William Russel (yes only one L) RICHARDSON and Charlotte TODD. William and Charlotte were born in Quebec Province, Canada. They were also married there. Notes for FRED O. RICHARDSON: Birth date was from 1870 Vermont Census. Depending on exact birth date, his birth would be either 1862 or 1863. He was 7 years old at the time of the census.
