I'm still trying to crack my brick wall: my great-grandmother, Melissa Ann RICHARDSON Simmons Eades. According to my records, Melissa was born 1855-1859. She married John Simmons 1875-76 in Richmond; one son George Simmons. Married John Eades in 1884 in Lynchburg, Campbell Co., VA. If anyone knows ANYTHING about the David and Sarah Richardson family listed in the 1860 census for Richmond, Henrico, Virginia - EXPECIALLY the daughter, Melissa - please contact me. Melissa's mother was married to a TURNER prior to RICHARDSON, and had a son, George H. Turner. There is also an older son George listed in the census (with last name Richardson). Appreciate any help!
