This is really a long shot but my Richardson line also moved from New York to Wisconsin...and I don't see many postings with that profile: John Richardson b. c 1799, Location? d. 1876 Rock County, Wisconsin Wife was Eunice _____. I have them in Chautauqua County, New York in 1835 and 1840 (State Census 1835, Fedl Census 1840). Based on locations of their children's births, they appear to have moved on to Wisconsin about 1845. I won't detail names of children since I think this is not likely a match with your people. Still, I have some sense of an extended family in both New York and Wisconsin (the names of Seth Richardson and Crocker Richardson reappear, for example).
