While looking for something else, I came across this note in the Tuscarawas Advocate, a New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, newspaper. The date was 14 Feb 1889. "Messrs. Albert and Newton Phelps of Nebraska, Clinton Phelps, of Kans., and G. D. Phelps, of Ravenna, Ohio, are visiting their sisters, Mrs. Dr. W. W. Richardson and Mrs. Lewis Kasson, in this city." While this Dr. William W. Richardson (so far) does not connect to my line, I jotted down the note in case of future need. With all of the messages about Richardson & Phelps connections I thought maybe some of you would like to see this. Cindy
