Hi All, Hunting for information on Hill Richardson. Born about 1775 in Rhode Island. Married a Sarah born 1772 in Mass. around 1795. Moved to Otsego, Otsego, New York just before 1800. Children: Had three children born from 1796 to 1801. Son Freeman Richardson born 5 Jul 1802 in NY Another child born abt. 1804 Son Arunah Richardson born 1808 Daughter Florilla Richardson born 1810 Son Ami born ? Two more children born 1814 to 1816 Moved from Otsego, Otsego, NY to Ellisburg Town, Jefferson Co, New York before 1810. >From Ellisburg to Stockton Town, Chautauqua Co., New York before 1830 where he lived with his son Freeman and grandson Squire Freeman Richardson. In Otsego NY, Hill lived next to Asa Richardson. Asa I think was the son of David Richardson of Barre, Worcester, Massachusetts. In Jefferson NY he lived next to Rufus Richardson who was the son of David Richardson of Barre, Worcester, Massachusetts. Rufus had a son named Freeman also. Asa and Rufus could be related to Hill. Freeman seems to be a family name. Hunting for 20 years now, and about to give up! This is my main line. My grandfather changed his name from Richardson to Boyd in 1890's, why???
