I do not know about the link between these. However, I am interested in William. What do you know about his son, Wm Jr.? Also, is there a chance that there was a daughter named Anne (maybe Mary's middle name)? I am descended from a Wm "Buckeye Billy" Richardson who may have been born in Luneberg Co VA about 1748 or so, and there is a suspicion that he had a sister named Anne who married a David Davis. However, we have been very unlucky in figuring out where William actually came from.
