I don't' know if this will help anyone, but several years ago when I first started research I came across a Tommy Richardson age 57 born in VA listed in the 1850 Allen Co., KY census. His family was listed with initials. E. female b.1825 VA, E. female b.1820 KY, S. female b.1825 KY, R. female b.1829 KY, A. male b.1832 KY, F. male b.1834 KY, W. male b.1836 KY, M. female b.1838 KY, and N. male b.1840 KY.
