Sorry, the construction date for this home was 1774, not 1744. If you're wondering about a town that you have an interest in, I would recommend placing a call to the Town Assessor, and asking if their assessments are on line. I'm in the mortgage business, and find these sites very helpful in determining an approximate value for a home.
