    3. I have several of these books that were printed in that time frame usually in limited quantities for the reverenced family. The accuracy is usually as good as the references but since it was intended as a gift to the authors family the informaton was usually reliable. It is quite likely that it was put on a shelf and left there for much of its life so in good condidion. Those I have could have been printed yeaterday...
