Small world isn't it. The Pedigo family were in Halifax County at one time and ended up in Patrick and Henry Counties. Edward Pedigo went to Barren Co, Ky before 1810. The Elkins and Cockrum and Edward famlies were in the same area plus Franklin County, they are connected to the Pedigo line.
