My brickwall on my Richardson family has been my great-grandfather, Elijah L Richardson, (E. L.) born sometime between 1880 & 1890 census, in Texas. 1st record I have of him is 1899 marriage record of Dec 17 1899 in Limestone Co TX to Willie Bell Worthy. On Hill County TX 1910 census, shows mother & father born in Arkansas. He died in 1913 and my grandfather Earl Richardson was adopted out to Brown family from Dumas County TX. The only other thing I have on Elijah is that he may have had a brother name James or Jim Richardson that later lived in Dallas County TX according to a newspaper clipping I once saw a glimpse of celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. My grandfather's sisters were, Arizona, Lovie & Dovie (twins) and Iona, & Viola. Each were adopted except for Arizona. Lovie changed name to Ruth and died in mid 70's in Dallas County TX. Associated names with my Richardson line by marriage would be: WORTHY, PEACE, WINN, DEVLIN, BARROW, WILSON, MISKELL , BLANKENSHIP ( Miskell & Blankenship are married names of Ruth and Viola) Does this sound familiar to anyone? Dale, More info is Arizona Richardson born abt 1901 Limestone Co TX, married Wint Green. b abt 1902 and died 1982 in Kerrville Co TX. Arizona still has family that lives around the Kerrville area, but have not been able to get any responses from them. Deborah Magnolia TX
