    3. Hello, Margrett. I saw your message to Donna, so I am sending one on to you, since I am very interested that your Richardsons ended up in AR, and I am wondering where they settled? Though we haven't found that any of my grandmother's grandmother's Richardsons were in NC or GA, they were right across the line from NC in Pittsylvania Co., VA and before that were thought to have been in Halifax Co., VA. When John Richardson and his family left VA in the 1830's, they migrated to Gibson Co. in west TN. Two of their sons and one daughter and her husband moved on by 1860 (One son was there by 1857.) to Izard Co. in northern AR. They had ties by marriage to the Brightwell family of Pittsylvania Co., Gibson Co., TN, and Izard Co., AR. Does any of this seem to connect to any of your Richardsons in AR? 3. Hi Kathy, It's interesting to see other Richardsons in Izard Co., AR in this time frame. On of my 5xg-uncles (Joshua Richardson - abt1771-bef 1850) came from Montgomery Co., VA to Warren Co., TN (1809-1832) to Izard Co., AR (1832-1840+) and on to Navarro Co., TX 1840+-bef 1850). LaVera Jones who is on this list can tell you about his family. I wonder if there is a connection? My Richardsons went from VA-KY-TN-IN-MO-Madison Co., AR. John Richardson
