Looking for the PA born parents or siblings of Wayne Kennedy (W.K.) Richardson born 1854 in PA Father was possibly a John or Milton and more than likely from the eastern part of the state. I have put most of my search effort into Butler, Allegheny, and Washington counties. Wayne first shows up in the 1880 census of Washington County, PA. At that census taking he had a VA born wife, and a 1 year old son. Thank you Ron Richardson
