    1. [RICHARDSON] Re: Richardson/Coombs/Boogher
    2. Winthrop Richardson
    3. Bob, Thanks for the info on Margaret Coombs. I don't believe that I'm related, but I keep looking for my ancestors. I can make it back to Joshua Richardson born about 1758 in Talbot County, Maryland. For some reason I can't get any further back. I understand that we originated with three Richardson brothers who settled in Church Creek, Maryland. Supposedly they arrived on Penn's second voyage. I have been unable to even find out what ship that was. I feel that if I could identify those three brothers, I might be able to trace the line down to Joshua. Just to keep busy, I am collecting all Maryland Richardsons born between 1600 and 1800 in a database with the hope of finding a connection. That is how I happened to come across your family. Happy hunting, Win Our NEW address [email protected] Visit our web Site www.wickettwood.com

They had Rebecca Davis Coombs who married Mr. Boogher and they had Joseph Pitts Boogher and Simon Levi Boogher. All in Maryland in the 1700's I also have a Benjamin Coombs who married in VA Sarah Richardson of Maryland, daughter of William Richardson & Isabella Calmes. They eventually went to KY. I have a Baalis Coomes, of Frederick, Maryland, who married Sarah Richardson 3 June 1799. I don't have much more than what I have sent.

    3. Hello to Bobby in North Carolina: Booker Richardson is not a line which I am researching, but a some years ago I picked up some information on a Booker Richardson of Franklin County, Va., dated between 1800 and 1813, which I am passing along to you. Since he was (first ?) married to Nancy Cheatham in 1805 in Franklin County, it does not appear at a glance that he may be the same as the Booker Richardson which you are tracing. Since the given names are similar and very unique, I pass this along for what it is worth. Cheers from Williamsburg, Virginia - Bruce References: Franklin County, Va. 3. Hello Dave, I have a a Clement Richardson born about this time in Bucks or Philadelpia County, Penn. He is the son of Joseph Richardson and Mary Dungan or Dugan (The name Clement follows the Dungan line. I have Clements ancestery back to the immagrant if you would like. If you have it I would like to know who his children are and where he married or what you have? I have just started on the Dungan line and have trouble proving anything. I believe Mary Dungan's parents are Jereniah and Deborah Drake. No proof. David P. Manning [email protected] ----- Original Message ----- From: "William G. 2. Robert Hays
    3. Commercial advertising or offering for sale is strictly forbidden on Rootsweb Lists. The offer below is definitely commercial. I find it unbelievable that someone shopping in a flea market would shell out $8450.00 for books they had no personal use for. It is acceptable for an individual to "make available" (not for sale) books, pictures, information, recovered documents or anything else with genealogy value as long it is confined to a very small number of items and the post must clearly state to contact you off list for details. What you do about it off list is no concern of ours.
