Hi, Just returned from vacation so you may have this information already. The "book" by Evelyn Rich is really a series of four articles she wrote for the New England Historical and Genealogical Register. It is available in most libraries that have any information on genealogy at all. I think it is Summer, Fall, 1929 and Winter, Spring of 1930. You can copy it at the library. To get a reprint, go to Higginson Book Co. at www.higginsonbooks.com Go to the Surname Rich and the title is there. You can fax, mail or phone in an order (can't order over the internet). Took about six weeks to get my copy from them. They are good to do business with.
